1. SCOPE

1.1 These general terms and conditions (“terms”) apply to all orders and the purchase of goods that the customer (“customer” or “you”) makes with us via www.floshnovae.digital or any other means, as well as for all our related deliveries and services. Your contractual partner is Sartoria Milano S.r.l., with its headquarters at Via Giuseppe Verdi 6, 20121 Milano (MI), Italy, VAT n. IT10793420968, Tax ID 10793420968, REA MI-2557755, Share Capital € 10.000 i.v.

1.2 These terms apply in the version valid at the time when you place your order. We reserve the right to change the terms from time to time or to adapt them in accordance with applicable laws.

1.3 We do not accept any deviating terms and conditions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1 The presentation of goods on Sartoria Milano S.r.l. shall not be considered a binding offer from us. Goods in the shopping cart are collected for your review and you submit a binding offer by clicking the order button at checkout. Before confirming your order, you have the opportunity to check details and correct errors.

2.2 After receiving your order, we will immediately confirm receipt by email. This receipt confirmation includes all information about your order.

2.3 The contract is concluded by our express order confirmation by email, or by shipment of the ordered goods.

2.4 We have the right to reject an order in cases where delivery is not legally permitted or if fraud is suspected.

3. DELIVERY TERMS

3.1 We deliver to customers in Italy and designated international destinations. We deliver exclusively to consumers in normal household quantities.

3.2 We deliver via express mail courier (BRT, SDA, DHL). In Italy, delivery takes between 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation and payment receipt.

3.3 The shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process. Flat rate shipping in Italy is € 10,00 and FREE for orders over € 200,00.

4. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND RETENTION OF TITLE

4.1 All prices on floshnovae.digital apply as displayed at the time of ordering.

4.2 All prices quoted for deliveries to EU countries include Value Added Tax (IVA 22%) as applicable in Italy.

4.3 The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price is received.

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

5.1 We accept credit card payments (VISA®, Mastercard®, AMEX® via Stripe), PayPal®, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5.2 Processing is secure and encrypted via 256-bit SSL and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways.

6. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

6.1 As a consumer you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

7. STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS

Goods offered under this website are subject to statutory liability for defects (24 months under the Italian Consumer Code - D.Lgs. 206/2005).
